How to One-Click Root and Un-Root ICS 4.0.4 for Motorola Atrix with 32/64 bit Drivers

So let's get started :

This will void the warranty of your device. However, you can reinstate the warranty by unrooting the device if there’s any unrooting procedure available. This works on Windows based PCs only. You should have appropriate drivers installed on your PC.

1. Firstly Download the Root Package with all your Root files and 32 & 64 bit Motorola Latest Drivers

So once you have downloaded the rar file, unzip on to your desktop, from which Install the necessary 32 & 64 bit Drivers and you will find the Root files like as below

Part I Rooting

I.2. So now lets firstly start with the Rooting after your driver installation being completed.

I.3. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.

I.4. Double-click on the Click_to_Root.bat file you extracted to your Desktop.

I.5. Now follow the on-screen instructions.

I.6. And you should be rooted finally!

Part II Unrooting

I.2. Double-click on the Click_to_Unroot.bat file you extracted to your Desktop.

I.3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

I.4. And you should be Unrooted finally!

Note that : you must be in mode-developer to work properly and Motorola drivers.
