Google To Launch New Nexus 7 In India Next Month

Google's all new second generation tablet in Indian market in November, three months after its global launch. AS per information  the internet giant is likely to launch the tablet on its own rather than through its Taiwanese manufacturing partner Asus. Google is currently testing the tablet with Indian apps and customized content.

Asus, which manufactures Nexus 7 tablets for Google, is unlikely to be involved in the retail of Nexus 7 in India. The tablet will initially be sold by Google's retail arm through AndroidLand store in Noida (near Delhi) and Bangaluru. Run jointly by Google and smartphone maker Spice, the two AndroidLand stores will start stocking the second-generation Nexus 7 tablet some time next month, sources said. Google has already confirmed on its official webpage the new model of Nexus 7 will be coming soon to India.

Apple's new iPhones 5S and 5C will also hit Indian stores on November 1. A November launch for both the second-generation Nexus 7 and the new iPhones will bode well for sales during the festive season in India.
