Motorola Electrify 2 Google - Motorola's Most best selling Android phones in the US that runs on US Cellular Networks. Attaining the root access lets you multiply the power of your device, i mean the hidden and restricted powers that are primarly locked by their respective manufacturers by defualt. Thanks to the die hard developers whom worked hard to find on of the key locks for the Motorola Electrify Devices. And today am here with Motorola's Electrify 2 XT881. This was self tested by one of our authors official devices and succesfuly being tested. So if you are ready to Root your device get started with what all things necessary and the tools and firmwares shall be provided free from here.

Rooting Steps

Before you start

You must have all the drivers that you needed on to connect your device!

So you may download the drivers accordingly to your preferred program language Bit.

Motorola Drivers: 5.9.0 - 32bits | 5.9.0 - 64bits ( Click to download your preferred version )

I will make the things more clear. Follow the steps clearly before jumping on.


Step 1 -
Download the Root Tool



Step 2 - Unzip files from the archive over to your Desktop.


Step 3 - Turn ON the USB debugging option on your device by heading to

Menu>>Settings>>Developer options>>USB debugging
.

Step 4 - Enable the Unknown sources option as well by heading to

Menu>>Settings>>Security>>Unknown sources


Step 5 - Enable the Mock Location function by heading to

Menu>>Settings>>Developer options>>Mock Location


Step 6 - Plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.


Step 7 - Select Media Sync as the connection type.


Step 8 - Now, here comes the OS-specific steps:

a) If you’re on Windows, run the EasyRootICS_Windows.bat file.
b) If you’re on Linux, run the EasyRootLinux.sh file.
c) If you’re on Mac, run the EasyRootICS_OSX.sh file.


Step 9 - So nothing to do next, just sit back and relax as once its completed it will notify you, then reboot your device.


No more steps, You are Done!

Your Motorola Electrify 2 XT881 had succesfully completed Rooting!
