How to root Atrix 2 running ICS 4.0.4 (New One-Click Root and Un-Root ICS 4.0.4) Updated Version!

This articles includes the updated version of Root and Unroot for Motorola Artrix upgraded to official 4.0.4.

 Please make sure that you have fully updated the drivers before you start rooting your Device. If not Please Download the files and start your installation.

Motorola Drivers:

Motorola Drivers 5.9.0 - 32bits
Motorola Drivers 5.9.0 - 64bits

Now lets get started in Rooting your Device.

Follow the procedures carefully

Step 1 - Download the files given below.

Step 2 - After your download completed, unzip the file on your desktop

Step 3 - open settings on your phone and tap on developer options
Step 4 - Check "USB Debugging"
Step 5 - go back to settings and tap on security
Step 6 - check "Unknown Sources"

Step 7 - connect phone to pc using data cable that came with the phone
Step 8 - select computer connection as Camera (PTP)

Step 9 - First run ADB.exe from the folder you have extracted ( important )
Step 10 - When the program closes run ROOT.bat

How this works

When you open the ROOT.bat file, your phone will be automatically reboot.

Now wait until ROOT.bat window ask you to press any key to continue.

As a result your phone may reboot many times during the process.

The estimated time varies from 3-5 minutes until the over all root is being completed. During this time please don't touch you phone making any disturbance for the connection as it can cause in disconnection that may lead to damage of your phone.

One you close the ROOT.bat window, wait till the phone gets re booted back to your home screen.

Your Artix 2 is simply Rooted!
