Android Localizer is an application developed by Artfulbits bought up by XDA Forum member  BalcanGSM. Android Localizer is an app used to translate your app language as same as a Google translate uses in translating their pages in the Browser. Similarly the program automatically translates decompiled APK that you would like to translate into other languages. It is simple and rather quick to use, and the translations are quite “spot on,” as it uses Google Translate.

This tools is just too small in size and can be used from Windows XP and up. Needless to say, the APK needs to be decompiled prior to running this tool.
