Microsoft Introduces Windows 8 Bing Apps To Windows Phone


Bing has already introduced some apps like Food & Drink and Health & Fitness and they have only recently arrived on Windows 8. on the launch of their new Windows Phone, Microsoft decided to level gap between desktop and Mobile with the platform. At the present condition both the platforms are sharing only a few apps but they have introduced the most popular Bing suite from Windows 8 to Windows Phones also. And at last users will now be able to use the official Bing Finance, News, Sports and weather. They are introduced in a way that they are much more attractive and user friendly than the desktop version.

Bing Finance


If you are a person who is really interested in stock market, Bing Finance is really gonna help you. The app lets you an overview of exchanges and allows you to personalize  things to keep an eye on yur portfolio.It has a separate section for the latest news stories related to the business world and a ‘Watchlist’ that shows share prices from major companies. The app is helpful for keeping track of price trends, current index values, and the prices of different commodities. The app has alos providied an option for curency converter.

Bing News


The app has got plenty of sources therefore news just pumping through frequent intervals. The app also has different sections for headlines and features articles, and therfore lets you stream news bulletins or watch different videos realted to the latest updates all around the wrold.Bing News can also be personalized by adding different topics to the app’s follow list. The app also allows to pin any topic to the start screen and lets users to access that particular topic easily.

Bing Sports

 
Not like other sports apps for Windows Phone, Bing sports almost handle almost all the variety of sports. Now getting strated with my sports section and adding different events and categories to your list. In each category, there are photos, news stories, videos, live scores, fixture lists and much more.
  
Bing Weather


The weather app provided by Bing has got almost everything that you need in a weather app. You can add multiple places, the displayed stats are pretty thorough and there is even a live tile. The only snag we can see is that the live tile can’t be stretched to maximum size, and you have to make do with a small square tile, though it does show all the important data like the current temperature and a photo that changes depending upon weather conditions.
