Motorola's firstly developed phone start to finish via Google's corporate, while the Moto X being getting more than a little bit of attention from the developers, ROM enthusiasts and modders. So, here is one good news for them as the Kernal source code for the various models of the Moto X are now being available on Source Forge. Accordingly the code is currently available for three of the models AT&T (XT1058), T-Mobile (XT1053), and Sprint (XT1056).
Since the choice of models is just a bit surprising, but there hasn't brought up with any date regarding when it will be available to be purchased for the Moto X, version even though they've having a sign-up page for weeks by now. On the other side the T-Mobile won't be selling one at all, but the Motorola has started that they'll be offering a Moto X with T-Mobile bands for a direct sale. Verizon's model, which was not added along with the initial published source code presently, is to go on sale tomorrow on the carrier's website.
By a long shot. Kernal source code inn't the all important elements of modding. But being generally a good place to be a start with, but it also enables ROM's like Cyanogen Mod to load up their own custom kernals, taking under the consideration of your carrier of choice doesn't hate you and your bootloader can be unlocked.
